Dale Hedges - Our Founder

Dale Hedges is a change agent who coaches organizations and leaders to level up.

Dale Hedges is a business operations consultant and executive leadership coach. With a head for business excellence and a heart for authentic leadership, Dale’s hands-on approach guides companies and their leadership to peak competitive market advantage.

High-functioning teams, streamlined processes, and effective management are the key to increased profitability and a loyal customer base. But those things don’t happen on their own—they require intentional action over time.

With a focus on Lean and Continuous Improvement, Dale formulates holistic, tailored action plans that touch every level and process in the organization. He guides companies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and manage high-performing teams—with proven bottom-line results. Knowing that every successful transformation has deep roots in a strong culture, Dale also coaches executive teams and individuals toward peak performance via the Townsend Leadership Institute growth model.

Dale’s experience spans multiple industries including consumer electronics, high-tech, aerospace, HVAC, Department of Defense, medical devices, and non-profits. Combined with his seasoned expertise in corporate project management and operations performance, he is equipped to guide meaningful change at any organization.

Dale is a certified Process Consultant through the Design Group and is Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9000/9001 Compliance certified. Additional certifications include project management, statistical process control, Total Productivity and Continuous Improvement as well as a B.S. in Business Management from Pepperdine University.

A life-long learner himself, Dale is active in the career coaching ministry at Saddleback Church and enjoys roasting his own coffee and home-brewing craft beer. He revels in California beach life with his family; backpacking, bike-riding, and four-wheeling in his beloved Jeep (though generally not all at once).
